Back wall passed inspection this week and is scheduled to be poured on Monday. Excavators prepared the ground for the pool wall this week. More excavation scheduled for this week to prepare for second back wall and pool wall.
Back block wall will be completed by Tuesday. Inspection for concrete fill set for later this week.
Footing for the back wall has been poured. Block wall building starts this week.
Back wall footing has been approved for pour which is scheduled for Tuesday. Back wall build should start by end of week or early next week. Footings for additional walls were also dug this last week and once rebar placement has been completed, they will be ready for inspection later this week.
Moving over 1,000 blocks (and a 100 bags of mortar) to the top of the driveway so the tractors can get in to grade. Grading is done on the driveway and at the top of the property. Back wall is next.
Second level complete and ready for inspection and then pour. Upper wall foundation will be inspected tomorrow or Friday now that HOA approval has been received.
