After overcoming a number of obstacles, wall construction has started.

Footings are ready for the pour which should happen sometime this week (01.08.24)

Today the subs started laying the steel for the footings.

Footing have now been prepared for steel and concrete by subs. Steel is being dropped the first week of January 2024.

The holidays have slowed things down considerably, but we’re finally, after having multiple (4-5) subs visit the site, getting bids for the footing and walls. Pouring the footings and building the walls for this project is a challenge for sure and this has no doubt caused a delay in getting the bids. However, two subs are submitting bids this week and have both commited to starting the first week of January 2024.
